Many artworks intended for personal or spiritual use are handmade in Nigeria, meaning variations in design and appearance may occur with each item and order. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate, and all prices advertised are subject to change.

Pricing and Availability: While we strive to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. Product descriptions may occasionally differ from available items due to design inconsistencies from our suppliers. If we discover an error in the design or price of goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible, providing you the opportunity to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. In the event we cannot contact you, the order will be treated as canceled. If you cancel after making a payment, a full refund will be issued. Delivery costs will be charged additionally; such charges will be clearly displayed when applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

Payment: Upon receiving your order, our payment processing partners (PayPal and Square) will conduct a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure sufficient funds are available. Your card will be charged once authorization is received. The funds processed upon debiting your card will be treated as a deposit against the total value of the goods you purchase. Once dispatched, and you receive a confirmation email, the deposit will serve as payment for the goods indicated in that email.

Return and Refund: Please note that all sales are final and sold "as is." Perishable, spiritual, custom-made, and breakable items such as kola nut, bitter kola nut, fish, rat, efun, osun (camwood), giant rat, and others are not returnable or refundable. Unless defective, books are also not returnable or refundable. If book items are returned, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees. Shipping and handling can be affected by weather, public holidays, and product availability, but goods are typically shipped within 3 to 5 business days of the order date, following standard shipping times.

Complaints: We have a complaints handling procedure aimed at resolving disputes promptly. Please inform us of any complaints or comments via our business email listed on the website. Customers are expected to follow professional email etiquette when contacting us; emails that include foul language or disrespectful content will be ignored, and the customer will be blocked from further contact.

Waiver: If you breach these conditions and we take no action, that does not waive our right to exercise our rights and remedies for any future breaches. 

Entire Agreement: The above Terms of Service constitute the complete and final agreement of the parties and supersede any prior agreements between you and Brainfolk African Image LLC. Any waiver of a provision of the Terms of Service will only be effective if documented in writing and signed by a Director of Brainfolk African Image LLC.
